KarabakhFK.com is an independent, non-commercial fan platform created by supporters of Qarabağ FK. This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Qarabağ FK.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility

- By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
2. Registration and Account Responsibility

3. QAR Token System
- QAR tokens are digital community reward points used exclusively within the Platform.
- QAR tokens have no monetary value and are not financial instruments.
- QAR tokens cannot be sold, exchanged, or converted into real-world currency.
- The Platform reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove token balances if abuse, manipulation, or technical errors occur.
- Tokens earned through fraudulent activity will be revoked.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Engage in harassment or provocation
- Send spam or unauthorized advertising
- Attempt to exploit or disrupt the platform’s systems
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and club names belong to their respective owners.
- Content displayed on this platform is used for fan and informational purposes only.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues.
- We are not responsible for user-generated content.
7. Account Termination
- Users may delete their accounts at any time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, QAR balances may be permanently removed.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Platform operator resides.
